This was my first direct experience with arranging clearance and transfer of equipment from port to my location in Dubai, UAE. I have researched companies who could help me to process clearance and delivery. Ryan has stood out as the company who has reacted immediately and acted professionally all the way through the process. They have provided quotation and invoice with itemized line items, calculated VAT and customs. For any items that were unknown at that point in time they have estimated value, explain the character of these items and set the right expectations for budget and process. Everything went smoothly from the day they have sent the quotation until the time when the equipment has arrived. Any unused funds were returned the same day after the unknown third party charges became known.

Just one shipment loaded delayed way back in 2009 if im not wrong, which they sincerly accepted their mistake and compensated us. All other shipments handled perfectly. Highly recommended.

We found complete logistics and supply chain solutions by linking up with RWW and it is going smoothly since March 2018. We place order to our 4 Chinese suppliers and handover the packing lists to RWW. RWW collects our orders from those suppliers, store goods in their warehouse in China, ship it to Dubai, process clearance, store it in their warehouse in Dubai and deliver to each of our customers on request.
